The proposed area for the Deck and Roof build provided a significant challenge, as it was at the rear of a shop, situated on a busy shopping strip and the only access was via the front door and passing through the store. The ground works for the footings of the new deck, storm water detention tank and drainage, were constructed using small excavators along with hand-digging. All materials were required to be hand-carried through the store, from the main street.
TCM Constructions Group’s ability to keep focus on the end result, pay attention to detail, problem solve and retain a positive attitude, resulted in the completion of this fast-paced fit-out on time, despite the difficult and restricted delivery plus a number of design tweaks that were made during the process.
