This bespoke 4 Bedroom Home on the Turimetta Headland of Sydney’s Northern Beaches was designed by ‘ViewThru Building Designers’ to fit perfectly into the landscape. The sloping block allowed for a unique design, with the house being constructed over seven levels.

The First Level contains a sunken laundry and the Second Level houses 3 Bedrooms and a Bathroom. The Garage then occupies a level all of its own and above this is the Master Suite. The Upper Levels of the house contain the Living Area and Kitchen allowing them to capture the striking views of the ocean to the North and East, while the Dining Room and Rear Terrace have views of the striking Western Skyline.

The Weathered Cypress Cladding is a main feature of this property and has been allowed to naturally ‘silver off’ to give a weathered ‘driftwood’ look and the contrast with the large black framed Aluminium Windows, the building really stands out with its distinctive style.

Internally, the Underfloor Heating System is covered with Oak Timber Floors and Hand-Made Moroccan Zellige Tiles are featured in both the Kitchen and Bathrooms. The Cathedral Ceilings in the Kitchen and Living Areas are a beautiful feature of the home which allow for a feeling of spaciousness, additional light and a touch of grandeur.
