With our dedicated designer we create a comprehensive plan for your ideal home so we can agree upon a fixed price.

We handle all the necessary approvals, ensuring the site is primed for construction. We also finalize selections and specifications.

We maintain transparent communication throughout the construction process.

You'll have access to an online portal that logs all emails and notes, in addition to phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure no detail goes unnoticed.

Regular site meeting are conducted so you can see your project come to life and costs are monitored so you be assured that there are no nasty surprise’s

Our meticulous quality control handover procedure is executed; this is an extension of our open communication and early warning procedures through the project allowing you to transition smoothly into your new home. With a defect free handover.

Any concerns that arise will be promptly addressed, either immediately if necessary or during our routine 3, 6 and 12 month inspections.
