Professional, Adaptive
We have worked with TCM construction for the past 4 years on our renovation. Shaun and his team are reliable, hard working and easy to deal with. Shaun was always able to find a solution to any problems that arose and happy to provide different options to suit our budget. I would highly recommend TCM construction if you are looking for honest builders that provide good quality work.

Professional and Responsive
I can’t speak highly enough of TCM construction. The work was of high quality, with very little time slipage despite all the hassles with trade and material availability. The site was always clean and organised. Shaun and the team were in constant communication and a delight to deal with

TCM construction did an amazing job building our new garage/studio/ storage room. They also rectified a previous renovation error transforming our al fresco. We only wish we’d found them for our previous Reno!
We’d have no hesitation hiring TCM again or recommending them!

Positive and Professional
Fantastic results by Shaun and the team, overseeing the whole process of our 3 new wooden windows and screens, removing the old and replacing the new in a timely manner, handling all of the construction, scaffolding and topped it off by organising painters who also did a great job.

Calm, Intelligent Person
We have worked with Shaun Taylor and the team at TCM over the last two years with a new build construction which involved subterranean works and the total renovation of a 1860s Victorian Italianate three-storey house with tower. Shaun Taylor is a calm, intelligent person who comes up with a solution to any curved ball thrown at him.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
The team at TCM and particularly Shaun have been excellent on a number of Council’s projects that have had difficult site constraints, be it the location of the property (directly on the beach) to handling difficult stakeholder demands (refurbishing a building while still in use). Shaun and his team were great at coming up with solutions to problems for my Lionel Watts Amenities property before they occurred. The whole team were very adaptable to the ever changing site conditions and stakeholder requirements.

We recently completed a major house renovation (every room) plus extension to our home including a plunge pool and outdoor decking, under the guidance of TCM constructions. From go to whoa, Shaun Taylor managed the whole building process with commitment, sound industry knowledge and understanding of our needs. Together with his team they delivered an amazing finished product with strong attention to detail, that we are thrilled to live in.
The team at TCM were reliable, personable and communicative at all times. They were easy to work with and a pleasure to have in our home, given we lived on-site (playing musical rooms) during all phases of construction. While quality workmanship and costs were major factors in selecting TCM, it was their ability to work cooperatively with us that made them the builder of choice for our project.
While we believe we have now created our dream home thanks to TCM, we have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential clients and would readily employ them again on any future projects.

The heritage item named ‘Ravenscourt’ was in a dilapidated condition with major rising damp issues. The whole three storey wrought iron back of the house was deconstructed . A steel portal frame was put into place to support the building and the timber and wrought iron was put back keeping the house looking like it was untouched. The steel portal frame disappeared.
Unsympathetic additions were removed and the house was transformed back to its original appearance using photos taken at the time. Materials were used following strict heritage guidelines. Our home, the home I was born in, was carefully looked after by Shaun and the TCM team. Our instructions to Shaun were simple – make this old girl last at least another 180 years and preserve the history of the building .
